From the first call to the keys in your hand

Every deal follows the same six steps. At each one you see the plan, the documents and the costs.

  1. 1

    Free consultation and offer

A 30-minute consultation, a feasibility check, then a fixed-price proposal with our role in writing.

  2. 2

    Paperwork

Questions to the aviation authority, the purchase agreement and the pilot, all settled before the flight.

  3. 3

    Flight planning

We plan the route and fuel stops and get permission to land at each airport. The pilot checks and approves the plan.

  4. 4

    Acceptance

We check the aircraft, serial numbers and documents. Nothing is signed until issues are closed.

  5. 5

    Delivery flight

A few flying days plus a weather reserve, with an update at every landing.

  6. 6

    Handover

The aircraft at your airfield, the full document pack and a final report.

The pilot in command makes every go or no-go decision. Your deadline never overrides the weather.

Who you’ll be working with

For the past two years I’ve worked hands-on with aircraft of many different types, backed by solid theoretical training. I bring that combination to every check: I know what to look for and which questions to ask.

I started RightSeat because buying an aircraft abroad shouldn’t feel like a gamble. You see what I see: every photo, every document and every cost.

  • 2 years of hands-on work with aircraft of different types
  • Theory and practice combined
  • Based in Slovakia, working across Europe

Questions buyers ask first

Why use an agent at all?

Buying from a listing abroad is a gamble when you can’t see the aircraft yourself and the costs appear later. We check it on site, review the documents and plan the delivery, so you know what you’re buying and what it will cost.

Who pays you, and how much?

You do, at a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts. If a third party ever offers us a fee, we tell you in writing before you sign.

Is your check an engineering inspection?

No. We check the aircraft’s condition and documents on site and report everything with photos.

Who flies the aircraft home?

A vetted pilot we arrange, with the right licence. The pilot decides on every departure and on the weather.

Do you hold the purchase money?

No. You pay the seller or manufacturer directly by bank transfer, on the schedule in the purchase agreement.

Why trust a new company?

Before you pay anything, you get our role in a written agreement and can see a sample report. We publish case studies only with a client’s written consent.
